Sorry to hear you are not happy with this item. To avoid any static, you must first find a free FM frequency that isn't already populated by a local station. Once you have achieved this, the quality of the sound should be very good indeed.

This product works very well and connection is simplicity itself.
So far, I haven't worked out how to find a "free" frequency when on the move. The last one I had searched automatically but was much more cumbersome to use.
And it's surprisingly difficult to find a flat bit of dashboard to attach it to in a modern car!!!

Nice easy way to connect your phone to a car with no bluetooth. Easy to install and use. Charger works well and charges my s7 even when the screen is constantly on.
My only gripe is that when I'm using it for a telephone conversation the other person can't hear me too well.

I've owned this type of device in the past and not been very impressed with them. However, with the Forever Car FM transmitter, things are different. It's very neat and easy to install. Pairing with my phone was simple. The connection between the device and my car radio has remained stable and interference free on many journeys now. Listening to music from my phone, the sound quality is great. For car owners who do not have Bluetooth connectivity as standard, it provides an excellent inexpensive solution.
