No drop protection, not worth the money

I paid $49 95 for this cover back in February 2020. I enjoyed the features as other reviewers have. However the clear cover is cheap plastic. I used the phone in a car mount to take pictures but that became no longer possible because of the scratching on the plastic clear cover. If they had used a hardened glass like Gorilla Glass they wouldn't have this problem. I don't expect this of cheap covers but this thing was 50 bucks.
To make matters worse I dropped the phone and it landed on a corner on carpet and now the phone glass screen is cracked. This cover provides no protection whatsoever from falls, though most people will get that just from installing it.
