Very disappointed when I unboxed this case. A puffy, ugly-looking case on the outside with poor quality stitching, surrounding a thin, brittle inner case that gives no confidence it would offer much protection if dropped. Also there's no soft lining tom protect the phone's finish. Was returned immediately.

From the way it smells coming out of the packaging I can only assume the leather really is genuine.
It has a very clever magnetic hold close design in two short parts so you don't have a single long strap flapping about. I suspect this will last longer too because you don't have to continually fold it out of the way stressing he strap, just open and use.

My concern was to have a case which would protect my new expensive phone. The inner holder grips the phone well and protrudes slightly over the edge to provide screen protection (I’ve chipped screens in the past when this type of protection wasn’t in place).
