My ordered product arrived well packaged and in good condition but about 3 weeks later than I was expecting it. Mobile Fun had a New Zealand website address so I wrongly assumed I was ordering from a NZ company. The first clue was contact to say my order had been sent by Royal Mail, definately not from NZ then, a search on their website finally found they are located in Birmingham UK, this was not readily found information. The service however seemed good and I am pleased with the product but due to international mail service delays I wouldn't have chosen to order internationally for this item had I known.

Honestly I was waiting impatiently to receive the phone cover and had some doubts that it might not be what I wanted. Well, I was not disappointed, the cover is thin, clear showing my phone true color, my phone is no longer moving inside the cover as with the old one, is light, fits perfectly the phone with no bulky dims, it feels like a new phone. Coming from a Sony z series phone with quite square edges I found the mate 20 pro quite slippy in my hands this cove give a nice grip without adding to much thickness and being clear still shows the good looking phone , it also adds a tiny lip at the front that stops the screen getting damaged if you place the phone upside down.

This case takes seconds to fit and is relatively thin so didn't make the phone hard to hold in one hand which is sometimes a problem for little handed me.
I haven't wanted to test dropping my phone but it feels like it would provide reasonable protection. It does pick up finger prints quite easily but hasn't t scratched so far after about 2 weeks of use.

A great case for the price. Fits the phone well and doesn't bulk the phone. The case has a rubbery feel which helps you to grip the phone. The only downside is that there is no protection for the screen but would still recommend the case. Excellent service from Mobile Fun once again.

That it was compatible with the tempered glass I purchased along with the case. Me and my partner both have the mate 20 pro and purchased both screen cover and case but within a day the glass was lifting from the screen and made impossible to use on both phones but it is a fantastic cover used on it's own
